Rachel started her career in financial services in 2013. She then took some time out to travel and subsequently lived in Mexico for four years, before moving back to the UK in 2022.
She has extensive customer service experience and joined MWA in 2024 as she saw an opportunity for growth and development in her career.
In her spare time, she enjoys horse-riding, salsa dancing and walks with her Mexican rescue dog, Bigotes.
