Sasha co-ordinates and manages our compliance and paraplanning teams. She helps new paraplanners and advisers learn our processes, as well as ensuring that our processes support the client journey. She would like to continue building her technical knowledge and is on the journey to become chartered in the future. Outside of work, Sasha has two little boys and a dog that keep her active.
